I went to Nordstrom's because my tires were so bare I was afraid that a rock was going to pop them! I only wanted a used set for the rear of my car. They didn't have any out in the yard so I had to go over to the automotive section, that's where I met Jonathan the man working behind the counter if you want good service and great customer service he's the one to talk to he made me feel very comfortable very at ease he was able to help me immediately and even went above and beyond to make sure that I did not leave his lot without the tires that I needed I cannot thank you enough Jonathan, and Nordstrom's Automotive!

Jake at Nordstrom's was awesome! The part that went bad in my seat heater is no longer being made. Jake helped me find a drivers seat in matching trim for a reasonable price. It was located at a sister salvage yard. He showed me the pictures to make sure I was okay with the condition of it. It was in expected condition and all the controls worked...including the seat heater! Yeah! ????

Hard to find item for was located at Nordstroms. Rodney was a pleasure to deal with. And crazy fast delivery in less than 48 hours from Garretson SD to Detroit MI . Pretty Good!
